Franck Bonin

Franck Bonin started his career in 1993 in real estate development. He joined the Strategy and Marketing Direction of Societe Generale group in 1997 as Head of the wealth planning offering dedicated to CEOs. In 2001, he joined the private bank in France as Associate Director of Wealth Planning. He is appointed Head of Customer Management in 2006, in charge of a team of dedicated advisors. In 2010, Franck Bonin becomes Head of the client segment dedicated to private individuals in French regions.
In 2012, he is appointed Commercial Director of Societe Generale Private Banking France.
In September 2017, Franck Bonin is appointed Commercial Director of Societe Generale Private Banking, in charge of the entity's commercial strategy and the supervision of the sales and marketing teams.
Franck Bonin holds a Master's degree in Finance specialising in international asset management.




Antoine Blouin
Head of Wealth Management Solutions

Antoine Blouin began his career in 1999 at Banque du Louvre, now HSBC Private Bank (France) SA, in Paris as a Relationship Manager, before taking charge of the desk dealing with Large Corporate, Institutional Investors and Family Offices. In 2005 he took up a Product Specialist role responsible for marketing of discretionary management services at HSBC Private Bank (Suisse) SA in Geneva.
Antoine joined Societe Generale Private Banking (Suisse) SA in 2008 to develop our funds offering, then the Advisory and Management Advisory fields. He was appointed Chief Investment Officer in 2012 then Head of Wealth Management Solutions Switzerland in 2013.
Antoine has a degree in Economics and a Master’s in Market Finance from the Institut des Techniques de Marchés at the CFPB in Paris.

David Saliné
Head of Private Banking
Societe Generale Private Banking Switzerland
David Saliné is appointed Head of Private Banking at Societe Generale Private Banking Switzerland in November 2020.
He began his career at CIC and Fortis Bank as a relationship manager on the mid-caps market. He joined the internal audit department of Société Générale Bank & Trust Luxembourg in 2003 and was appointed Deputy Head of Audit Societe Generale Private Banking in 2007. Between 2010 and 2012, he joined Societe Generale Private Banking's Resources Department and was in charge of various synergy projects with the Group. He then became Head of Pricing within Societe Generale Private Banking's Commercial Department. In 2015, he was appointed Head of the Financial Intermediaries market in Switzerland and then, in 2019, Head of Financial Intermediaries for Monaco, Luxembourg and Switzerland.
David Saliné holds a Master's degree in Finance as well as a Master's degree in Business Law and Taxation.

Louis Clémencet
Chief Risk Officer

Louis Clemencet began his career at the Credit Lyonnais Group and then with the CIC Group as a corporate account manager. He joined the Societe Generale group in 2003 as Head of the Credit Department of the Private Banking in Switzerland.
In 2012, Louis Clémencet becomes Chief Risk Officer overseeing credit activities, operational risk management, fraud risk management and business continuity. In 2016, he takes on new responsibilities in security of information systems within his scope. In 2020, he is appointed member of the Executive Committee of Societe Generale Private Banking Switzerland.
Louis Clemencet is a graduate of the ESLSCA business school with a major in Finance & Bank.




Jean-Pascal Flichy
Chief Operating Officer
Societe Generale Private Banking Switzerland
Jean-Pascal Flichy was first an external consultant before joining Societe Generale in 2006 within SG Consulting. He became a consultant and then mission manager, before joining SGPB’s headquarters as a Marketing Project Manager.
In 2013, he was appointed Head of the Privilege and Legacy desks and supported the Europe, UK and Wealth planning teams in their business development actions.
In 2019, he became Deputy Chief Operating Officer of SGPBS.
In 2020, Jean-Pascal Flichy was appointed Chief Operating Officer.
Jean-Pascal is a graduate of Marseille Business School and holds an MBA from the University of Newcastle Upon Tyne.

Pierre Gemar
Head of Compliance

Pierre Gemar started his career with Societe Generale in Paris in 2001 as a senior internal auditor. In 2005, he was appointed Head of Audit in Japan and Regional Supervisor for global markets audits in Asia Pacific. He then spent 4 years managing the Global Tools Rollout programme from Hong Kong before joining Asia Pacific Compliance in 2012 as Chief Operating Officer.
In March 2016, he was appointed Global Head of Compliance Risk Assessment, Monitoring & Testing for the Global Banking and Investor Solutions business line based in London and in January 2018 he becomes Deputy Head of Societe Generale Group Compliance Controls.
In August 2019, Pierre Gemar is appointed Head of Compliance for Societe Generale Private Banking in Switzerland and, member of the Executive Committee of the entity in February 2020.

Romain Richard
Chief Financial Officer

Romain Richard joined Societe Generale in 2006 at the broker Fimat in the finance department in Paris, after spending 8 years at Ernst & Young in Paris and New York.
He then joined the Newedge Group in Hong Kong and in London, again in the field of Finance. In 2015, he took up a manager position in the product control department of Societe Generale's Investment Bank in Paris.
In 2017, he joined Societe Generale Private Banking Switzerland as Chief Financial Officer.
He is a graduate of Neoma Business school.
